Membership Options
2026 Season
Class A Equity Membership
This equity membership includes unlimited golf and clubhouse privileges for the member, spouse, and any children under the age of 25. Winter dining reciprocity with partner clubs also included.
- Initiation Fee: $6,000 lump sum or $7,000 paid over three payments.
- Dues: $520 per month.
- Annual Clubhouse Minimum: $1,000.
Provisional Membership
This non-equity membership includes unlimited golf and clubhouse privileges for the member, spouse, and any children under the age of 25. At the conclusion of three years, you must elect to convert to equity membership or exit the Club. Winter dining reciprocity with partner clubs also included.
- Initiation Fee: $4,500 lump sum.
- Dues: $572 per month.
- Annual Clubhouse Food/Beverage Minimum: $1,000.
Intermediate Membership
This non-equity membership is available for those applicants aged 33 to 39. Membership includes unlimited golf and clubhouse privileges for the member, spouse, and any children under the age of 25. Winter dining reciprocity with partner clubs also included.
- Initiation Fee: $2,000 lump sum or $2,200 paid over two payments.
- Dues: $390 per month.
- Annual Clubhouse Food/Beverage Minimum: $750.
Junior Membership
This non-equity membership is available for those applicants aged 22 to 32. Membership includes unlimited golf and clubhouse privileges for the member, spouse, and any children under the age of 25. Winter dining reciprocity with partner clubs also included.
- Initiation Fee: $1,000 lump sum.
- Dues: $260 per month.
- Annual Clubhouse Food/Beverage Minimum: $500.
Social Membership
This non-equity membership is available for all ages. Social Members enjoy full access to all social events (including live entertainment events, cooking classes, etc.), access to the Dining Room featuring Executive Chef John Riggs, and reciprocal privileges with applicable local clubs.
- Anual Fee: $250.
- Annual Clubhouse Food/Beverage Minimum: $500.

My husband and I joined Twin Beach CC because it's a walkable course that is convenient to our home. Over the years we've been members, we've enjoyed many rounds of golf on the beautiful course, met some great people, attended many fun events, and have had some wonderful dinners. As another reviewer mentioned, TBCC is our "happy place"!
